Returns & Refunds

 

Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given for consumable products unless:

  • There is a defect in the production of the product
  • The product is damaged in the shipping process

If you feel that either of these conditions have been met and you are eligible for a refund please reach out to our contact page and our team will assist you in getting a refund.

You must be able to completely prove that there is damage via defect in production or in the shipping process. 

WE CANNOT PROVIDE A REFUND AFTER ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN CONSUMED.
